Prayer For Our First Day Of 2010

Father in Heaven, I pray today that You would help me this coming year to have faith for the future, that I might listen to You and that I might hear You speak. And Lord, because You've spoken, that I might realize Your will, resign myself to Your will, and rely upon Your will. May I be aware each day that You still have an overriding plan for history. This world has never gotten out of Your control. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
